St. Michael's showcases Fenwyck Heights project

Fenwyck Heights to open in Spruce Grove later this year.

St. Michael's Health Group recently showed off its $54 million Fenwyck Heights project in Spruce Grove, one of the city's largest construction projects.

At a sneak peek event, the City of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain & Parkland County, along with MLA Searle Turton, welcomed community leaders and local dignitaries to tour the start of the project, a soon to be 170-suite seniors' residence providing much-needed housing and support services to the seniors of Spruce Grove and surrounding areas.

Fenwyck Heights is in the Fenwyck community of Spruce Grove at 260 Pioneer Rd. When open, the modern residence will offer seniors independent living with support services. Construction is well underway, with completion expected in the summer of 2023.

Fenwyck Heights will not only be about providing affordable housing for seniors, but will also serve as a community hub where citizens can collaborate to improve the well-being of those living, working, and playing there.
