Age Friendly Edmonton invites all to City Hall, June 5 at 11am for Seniors' Week kickoff event! Join as volunteers and guests mark a week dedicated to thanking and recognizing seniors. Cycling Without Age Canada June 5 kick-off to Seniors Week. Join for the smile parade along the Bow River or afternoon social as seniors go on a bike ride using adaptive bikes.  https://cyclingwithoutage.ca/yycseniors/.

Register now for Grand North American Old Time Fiddle Championship - happening July 13-16 at the DOW Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan. Pick your waltz, jig and reel and get ready to compete in this weekend of jamming, old time dances and musicians of all levels taking part in two days of friendly competition. Registration is now open for 2023 Shumka Summer Dance Camps for all ages, June - August. The program inspires dancers about Ukrainian culture while having fun and making friends. Edmonton Swiss Men's Choir concert - Join the choir for an afternoon concert, June 25 at 3 p.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10014-81 Ave. The show includes special guests and musical artist Michael Kurschat. Senior Matters II - Celebrate Seniors Week with Seniors Acting Lab and it's two one act plays, June 8-11 at Vertigo Theatre in Calgary. Bill C773 will make you think about recent events impacting seniors--a controversial, speculative fiction where the grey tsunami, skyrocketing health costs and increased use of MAID (medical assistance in dying) intertwine to create a shocking future.
