FRANK, JODI LEE
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jodi Lee Frank, born January 3 1971 and died September 30, 2020 at 49 years old, after complications from her second heart surgery.
She is survived by her daughters; Jennifer and Chelsea; mother, Debbie; stepfather, Stan; three brothers; Greg, James (Sandra) and Matthew (Sylvia); grandson, Chase; ex-husband Shayne, as well as other relatives and friends.
Jodi was predeceased by her husband, Greg Frank; father, Ron Semenchuk; paternal grandparents, Ann and Peter Semenchuk; maternal grandparents, Mary and Bert Filwok.
Our family would like to extend a special thank you to Jodi’s friend and guardian angel, Chuck. Jodi will be put to rest at Hazel Bluff Cemetery.
