April 5, 1926 - October 17, 2020
On Saturday October 17, 2020 Dorothy Saunders of St. Albert, formerly of Cardiff, passed away peacefully at the age of 94.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ken (Karen), her 7 grandchildren, Krista (Joey), Kyle (Dawn), Sarah (Dave), Lindsey (Matt), Nadine (Michael), Jeff (Christa), Tom (Shari-Lynn), 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren plus numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She is predeceased by her husband of 43 years, John, and her daughter Sharon.
She will be remembered for her generosity, fun loving nature, her love of golf, curling bowling and long walks. She will be dearly missed by her family. She relied on her faith to help her through many difficult times after losing her husband and then her daughter.
On behalf of the family we wish to express our gratitude to the dedicated and compassionate staff of Youville Home for taking such good care of Dorothy during her residence there.
