James “Jim” Charles Sawatsky
December 4, 1948 – March 16, 2021
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Jim March 16, 2021 at the age of 72 year of Fox Creek, AB.
Jim will be forever remembered and missed by his wife Koreen whom he married in 1970. They had 2 children, Shawna (Jason) Nelson of Edmonton, Warren (Tracy) of Sexsmith, 4 grandchildren, Mallory (12) and Noah (9) Nelson, and Evan (9) and Alex (7) Sawatsky. He is also survived by his brother Brian (Linda), nieces and nephews, Candace (Clayton), Keown, Jeff Sawatsky and Angie (Scott) McKee.
He was predeceased by his parents Gus and Evelyn Sawatsky and sister Shirley.
A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at a later date.
