Suspect remains at large, but shelter in place lifted

Lac La Biche RCMP are looking for an armed and dangerous man.

An earlier news release issued by provincial RCMP about the search for an armed and dangerous suspect in the Kikino area contained information that has now been updated.

Lac La Biche RCMP advise that the shelter in place advisory has been lifted. — but the suspect in the search near the Kikino area has not been arrested, and remains at-large.

RCMP resources will be remaining in the Kikino area, and the public should remain vigilant.

Lac La Biche RCMP have issued a shelter in place for Kikino Métis Settlement as they continue to search for a person they say is armed and dangerous.

At the same time, RCMP  have issued a description of 39-year-old Patrick Glynn.

Glynn is described as medium complexion, 6 foot 2 inches tall, 194 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Patrick Glynn should contact Lac La Biche RCMP  detachment at 780-404-2500 or their local police. The public is advised not to approach Glynn.
