On Tuesday morning St. Albertans woke up to no Telus services in many areas of the community.
According to the Telus website, areas of north St. Albert have no Telus services due to a cable being cut overnight by thieves.
Customers are without the ability to call 911 on the landline, internet, PIK TV, Optik TV and their home phone services due to the outage.
It is not known when services will be restored.
