St. Albert RCMP are investigating after a male suspect was caught on video putting his cellphone under women's skirts.
Officers were notified the man had attended the London Drugs store at St. Albert Centre on June 23 and was seen on video taking either photos or video with his cellphone while holding it underneath the skirts of women in the store, according to a statement released by RCMP Thursday, Aug. 12.
RCMP said in the release video surveillance of the incident was provided and they have included a photo of the man. They are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the male suspect in the photo.
