JANKE, MARC FREDERICK
November 5, 1960 to April 30, 2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our brother, son and uncle at 61 years of age. Marc was the 3rd son born to Ewald and Mariette Janke. Marc grew up on the family farm in Pickardville. After school he worked mainly in the oil and gas industry in the northern Alberta area. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved nature and fishing. After an early retirement Marc spent much time on his acreage gardening and woodworking. He also loved riding ATV’s and snowmobiling with his longtime friends. Marc was quiet but strong valued man with a big heart. He enjoyed family gatherings where he had many stories and always extra time for nieces and nephews.
Marc was predeceased by his grandparents, his Mother in 2004 and Father in 2021.
Marc is survived by his brothers; Norman Janke (Diane) children Janéa (Steve) Hendrick, Kaylon (Sarah) Emersyn, and Keara. DannyJanke (Sheryl) Children Derek and Steven. Randy Janke (Angela) Children Gillian and Sophia and Sister Carole Durstling (Brian) Children Brelyn (Jan) Rylee, Cooper,Jed. Nikki (Colton) and Deena (Jesse). Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Marc also survived and deeply missed by his partner and girlfriend Cindy Kemp.
A Private Celebration will be held.
