The family of Sandy Naugler of St. Albert is saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, June 25th, 2023 at the age of 53 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Jane Naugler, cousins John Kuszmaniuk (Val), Catherine Cahoon (Mike) and their families. Sandy was predeceased by his caring father Harold Naugler.
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Sandy and his mother moved to St. Albert to be closer to family after Harold’s passing. Sandy was a gentle soul with a smile that would light up a room. He did many hours of volunteer work in the community. Participating in the day program at LOSECA was one of his favourite things. He enjoyed dinners and special celebrations with family, lively music and nights out at the Arden Theatre. He also loved bowling with the Special Olympics. We extend our thanks and gratitude to LOSECA’s day program staff and to Denise and the staff and residents of Castlewood Care Home.
